I love listening to this guy. I don't care what he is talking about. He could be talking about paperclips and lint for all I care. He is always fired up.

This is NOT Bela but somewhat close! Actually, I am the race director for the Duck Lake 5K in Barryton Michigan, perhaps you have heard of this imfamous race? Coach Lew earned the gold AGAIN this last July, out running a rather intense herd of elite racers! My point, listen to your coach, he knows his stuff! Put a duck beak on that boy and watch him run! Belas got nothing on ya Coach! Anxious to follow your season, good luck to you all!
